Today, during our routine walk along rachenahalli lake, we had great evening sunlight illuminating the eastern horizon. The weather was calm, the water was still paving way for fantastic reflections on lake water. The continuous rains from past 4 days have rendered the atmosphere crystal clear without haze. Consequently, the sky was azure and the light was perfect. Today we had relatively less or no cloud activity in the skies which accentuated the blue hue in sky. This enabled me to capture those cityscape beautifully reflecting off the lake water. Since the light was perfect, there was no necessity of turning on HDR. Here are the pictures caught during our brief walk with redmi note 6 pro and edited in snapseed. Hope you enjoy them
The weather can get whimsical though. The azure skies towards late evening turned cloudy and at night it poured with high velocity winds and aggressive lightning. The grumbling thunder ensued. The rains were heavy, the winds uprooted trees and flooded roads. Just when I was wondering that we may have rain free day, the rain gods killed my predictions. It was not possible to shoot the night rains since the intensity of thunder & lightning was perilous.
