With the onset of NE monsoon, the clouds are streaming from north east direction with gentle breeze over skies of Bangalore. It was just a matter of couple weeks, the skies are abuzz with activity again. However, there is no rain yet or it will only drizzle. These are what I call are remnant clouds which after dissipating over mainland reach the plateau with lessened moisture density. Also there are no obstacles here in Bangalore which can condense these clouds.
