Skywatch Friday - Enigmatic Weather and sand mining boats along Souparnika

This is second set of HDR pictures composed during my visit to in-laws house near Kundapura. The green fields, the splendorous souparnika, distant hillocks, the tiny islands, the boats, were perfectly placed to create a dreamland of nature. The influence of NE monsoon is felt everywhere in coastal Karnataka but this time it has been profound. The atmosphere resembled that from the monsoon season except for absence of pounding rains. You know, gloomy weathers prove to be harsh on landscape photographers. The one technique which can elevate your creativity is the HDR shots. This series focuses on the mining boats with the souparnika herself as composition. The capturing of mining boats did not receive any objection from owners since all of them hold legal permit. None even interfered as well :). Some shots were captured during day time while some during blue hour (not without biting mosquitoes). Hope you enjoy the this series as well!
