This was the scene when walking from National College Metro Station to VV Puram Food Street. The new blooms atop tree was fabulous and rare thing nowadays in city marred by uncontrolled real estate surge. Once a garden city is now becoming concrete city. As per recent study by elite institute, 73% of city's green cover has been decimated thanks to unprecedented, unregulated real-estate booms. Only few areas of Old Bengaluru host these array of scenic greenery. We savored the greens shades of city alongside the street food of VVPuram. Hope they survive the urban invasion for many more years.
The leaves are so lush green!
