Erratic weather is resulting in endless discomfort amongst city dwellers. The low pressure along south-east bay is triggering cold winds towards city with gloomy sky. We struggled lot for few days due to wintry weather. Almost 4 days went by and finally we have yet another blazing day. City also witnessed light drizzle which could have boosted AQI as well. I went up to the terrace to get sunbath for 30 mins. Doctor suggested us to expose to sun to avoid frequent infection. The Sun seemed to be energetic and bit burning. It was pleasant to be under the Sun for a while despite being harsh.
While strolling randomly over terrace, I bumped into this spotted dove quietly perched on terrace wall. I moved towards the Bird cautiously and it didn't seemed to move. I assumed that the Bird was unhealthy and unable to fly from initial glance. But later figured out, it was hale & hearty. I am unsure if it's coincidence or god sent. Since the bird flew after my photo session, I am stitious on latter assumption 😁. The bird confidently stayed still till I was done with photoshoot.
Perhaps god wanted to alleviate my sadness by blessing a phone opportunity to capture bird since I keep cribbing about dead camera. Looks to be juvenile bird and might be resting after long flight. Once bird flew post it's drying session, I stayed for few more minutes before moving to the house
