Today we woke up to foggy morning. Bit of chill and gloomy. At once, I thought these streaming clouds are outcome of North-East monsoon supplies from Bay. When I had second look at satellite images, there was no load of clouds. This confirmed that the cloud mass is transient and presence of fog would perhaps mean beginning of winter. As predicted, as day progressed, the clouds cleared up relatively. The Sun spread his shine all over city brightly and afternoons turned relatively hot. There were sparse clouds but not enough to cloud the sunlight.
The remnant crackers from Deepawali was burnt on day of Tulsi Pooja. We use simple crackers and not nerve-wrenching ones :-).
The Pooja also peacefully culminated during morning hours without much hustle!
The evenings were colourful presenting witty interplay of clouds and sunlight. This hide and seek game spawned bright sunshine during twilight hours. The fanning of sunlight behind the clouds produced splendid crepuscular rays which was indeed irresistible to capture. Here how it goes.
MET department is predicting severe winter due to protracted rains. If that turns out true, we would see good mango yield in coming summer!
I failed miserably again in my prediction. Seems like those evening clouds were foreboding rains. Two days later, saw a thick rain shaft along south-east of my place
